what healthy snacks do you guys have inbetween your normal meals i usually have a peice of fruit(bannana,apple,plum,peach mostly)

it is for me.... 12 oz of any meat.... pork chop, steak, chicken...

lol yeah usually i eat leftovers inbetween meals. if i prepare a snack for later in the day(such as school), then it's usually trail mix, dried fruit, or sammiches.

as a permanent bulker who doesnt always eat healthy, on movie rental nights my snacks include cheetos, mint n chip ice cream, reeses cups.

I agree. A "snack" is really just a smaller meal. I personally don't even really eat "snacks". Each day is just a series of meals, most of them are the same size.
