I bought pasteurized egg whites, the ones that come in the milk carton. How do I prepare this? Do I eat it raw or cook it with something? Maybe throw it in a shake?

Alright. I'll ask it like this then; is there anything unhealthy about eating it raw? I also heard cooking it makes the protein more "bioavailable" or something like that.

As part of the pasteurization process the egg whites are heated to approximately 120 degrees. This is sufficient to denature the avidin and there are no issues with bioavailability.

Thanks guys. I saw and looked at that thread before posting this, but I wasn't sure what "pasteurized" meant, so I made this.
