i am soo scared...i cant eat or sleep...and im cryin like my life is gonna be over...

recently i noticed this blister on the shaft of my penis...it didnt hurt at all, although it hurts sometimes when i pee...it hurts i little when im almost done peeing...the blister looks like a large pimple, and i popped it with a heated needle cause im a dumbass.

im so scared and i dont know what to do, i sit in school and cant focus on my work, all i can ever think about is how my life is over and how ill never be able to have sex.and speaking of sex...I HAVE NEVER HAD SEX, I AM A VIRGIN, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ORAL SEX EITHER.

but i think that i got herpes from my step mother, she has it and i think that i caught it like a cold or something.

Calm down, if you can. I don't know all that much about penii, but is it possible that it could just be a pimple in a REALLY unfortunate place? In any case, you need to get a pro to look at it, to ease your mind if nothing else, and to treat you if need be. You can give yourself a nice skin infection by popping blisters and pimples regardless of where they are on your body. Usually if you call an STD clinic and explain what's going on they will see you quickly and for little or no fee.

If there is truly no way you could have gotten this from sexual contact, then your future sex life is probably going to be just fine.

AFAIK, there are still some places in the US where teens can go to get anonymous and confidential exams/treatment. Call up Planned Parenthood--I'm not kidding--and explain to them what your symptoms are, and if they can't see you in their own facility they will be able to point you in the right direction to get this taken care of.

You CAN'T sit on this. It's frightening, but you have to get it checked out.

Allright, first things first, what the hell is all this whining about. You haven't had sex!!! You do not have an STD therefor an STD test is not what you need. Both men and women can get pimples, bumps, rashes, etc. on any part of their body. This does not mean you have anything wrong with you. It could be a pimple, a blister, a small spider or bug bite, etc. There are many possibilities. IT IS NOT HERPES. Your symptoms are not like that of herpes.

Everyone else seems to think you need to go see a physician but seriously, if it doesn't hurt, isn't infected, and goes away in a few days don't waste your time and money.

Planned Parenthood or your local health department is your best bet to find a confidential Dr to see. Both usually base their fees on a sliding scale so it will be little or no charge. Also they can not bill your insurance if you tell them that you do not want your parents to know. It really isn't a big deal they will answer all of your questions :)

You have to chill the **** out...it's a damn pimple. I get a pimple on my junk like once a month probably. Mostly on teh sack. Hell, I've got one right now I think. We weightlifters get sweatly balls more than the average person, and do a lot of movements where those sweaty balls are all squashed up in our shorts and become a breeding ground for pimplation. Take immediate showers after lifting, air it out, and let it heal..you'll be fine. As for the pain? You probably are irritating the open sore when you get a grip to pee, and touch it inadvertantly.

Here's a test. Since we KNOW you don't have an STD for reasons already stated, grab that sore and see if there's anything under it. Feel around for a lump underneath (you know..like how icebergs are all HUGE under the water?)...feel a lump?..NO?..you are now cancer-free my friend!...STOP WORRYING..if by some mutant miracle it is NOT a pimple and was something remotely serious (and it can't be very serious if it is), it would take an incredibly long time to amount to anything urgent and in need of attention by a doctor.

FYI, not all STD's are readily noticeable. Not all STD's give you a burning sensation while peeing, and not everyone gets the same symptoms from the same infection. Get tested at least every 6 months.

Example: Chlamydia, most people never even know they have it, and if it goes untreated long enough it can cause infertility, cancer, etc.

My doc told me a while back- get tested for everything because even asking for symptoms doesn't disclose STDs which can be a-symptomatic. And the worse they are, the less symptoms they usually have.
