I always see things about egg whites and what not, whats the difference between the yolk and the white, what's better?

i dont know the exact nutritional facts but the white has fewer calories and no fat and the yolk has lots of saturated fat i it.
both have protein.

The protein BV of whole egg is better than both white and yolk.

But the yolk contains all the fat and cholesterol.

In moderation I'd say whole eggs are better than either but don't go nuts.

Add a whole egg to every 3-4 whites you consume for a better amino acid profile. Also remember that the yolk contains the fat emulsifier, lecithin. Egg yolks get a bad rap, but they are agreat BBing food.
