Sore neck...

Anyone know what to do for a sore neck?

I was playing ball last night and I kinked it somehow, damn I hate when this happens!! It makes me look ******ed when I try to look to my left...Time is the only thing I know that will help!

Yep... it happens sometimes when I sleep wrong or after I do traps. Just wait it off... it'll usually go away by the next day. If it gets worse I would have it checked out, but it sounds like it isn't that serious.

I had a similar problem a few weeks back when i hurt my neck while doing shrugs.The best thing i found was to get some tiger balm(or deep heat) and rub it in.After that i gently stretched it and seemed to clear up just fine but be very careful when doing this because you may have some serious injury there.
