**** lets ****?? dam anyway i look like philsbury been depressed for a few days,i guess i gained 2lbs or so cause i really had over 3,500cals but see
eating good and rite and training u do see nice results

I know how you feel. I felt horrible from gaining two pounds which I am sure is water weight (that time of the month) but it just happened to be right after T day..and I had a cheat day after T day....so I blamed it on that too LOL I know I didnt eat anywhere near enough to gain fat but still it was on the scale. I know better than to rely on the scale too. But we all do it to ourselves. Well anyways...just let it go and continue your program...what I do is use it as a tool to make me work harder...and when I loose more weight it gives me the same affect! To work harder!:) GOODLUCK

nah i actually gained its not water hahah dam :/ ohwell tommorow is diet day ,ima foget this anyway and think to the future:)

training for about 1year and a few months ,but it was this september until thanksgiving i started to change the way i eat and traing and stuff............just its gonna be hard falling back to dieting.........

the skinny ass pic i was like 140,the other pic the 1st one is like 156-158 but during the summer i didn't train at all i was eating so much junk food and stuff........but had enough protein also gained alot of weight or something then when college started i went back to lifting and it was a shock to my body


1st pic stats are
155-160lbs
31waist
38-40chest around their
5'9height
