I have been reading posts regarding diet and eating.
I am currently getting a diet plan in order, and I have a few questions regarding tuna intake.
When you guys are talking about eating a tuna sandwich, do you put the whole can of tuna on one sandwich? Or do you make two sandwich's out of one can? Is it alright to add a bit of mayo with the tuna, for the taste?
Thanks

Oh yes, i highly suggest it, even if you have to buy the fat free kind, but by god, put something in there! yuk!

I eat mine with some mayo and thats it, no wheat.....
a tuna sandwich is a perfetc meal because, the wheat is good carbs, the tune, protein and with some mayo you have some fat..
A good balanced meal..
If you have more than one sandwich there is more carbs, thats all you have to take into account...

I split a can into 2 sandwiches, that way the great taste lasts longer!! I use 'fat free' miracle whip and white bread. I think i'm gonna try tuna on a lettuce salad also. mmmmm...mouth is watering just thinkin bout it!!
