30g oat bran w/ 30g reg oats
4 hard boiled whites w/ 1 whole
1/2 cup skim milk

?? what do you guys think, currently im having
30g oat bran w/ 30g oats
1 scoop whey
10g pb

I have some hard boiled eggs laying around that i need to dispose of.

looks good. Keep the whites in there, can't have enough of those. I assum your bulking as well.

That's fine pre-workout, although I personally would like a little more protein. I'd also give myself an hour or so before touching the weights.

I usually wait about 1-1.5 hrs before, then a pwo immediately after, then a meal or homemade bar about an hour after that.

seeing as how the food would have no effects whatsoever eating it 1-1.5 hours prior as its still being digested I dont see anything wrong with it unless you are looking for it to give you some sort of energy throughout your workout.
