Hey everyone, I'm into my 5th or 6th week of WBB1 and I've always had trouble keeping a steady diet.
Calorie intake should be around 2800-3000cal/day but I don't always hit it.

I need some suggestions on how to eat more!
What to eat, when to eat it, how often, etc.

5-6 meals/day but what do you consume that doesnt' keep you full yet also gives you calories???

Here are the meals I always have everyday:
Breakfast:
-oatmeal (1 cup dry yield)
-1 banana
-2 large eggs
-1 cup soy milk

Lunch:
-1-2 cups of cooked rice or noodles
-1 cup of some form of cooked veggies (broccoli, spinach, etc)
-1 cup of soy milk or juice

Dinner:
-1-2 cups of rice
-large chicken breast/pork chop/steak/some form of meat
-1 cup of cooked veggies
-1 cup of soy milk or juice

That is a fairly typical breakdown of the meals I never miss.

I'll have a PBJ w/ whole wheat bread after breakfast but where I find it difficult to consume more food is after lunch & dinner.

I can stuff down a MRP after dinner but it takes me 45min to an hour to finish it cuz I'll still be full from dinner.

Does anyone have suggestions??? :(

If you really want cals, switch to....2% milk. Has more fat and carbs (and protein as well.)

Don't eat until you are full or bloated, Eat less than that and you will feel like you can eat more after again sooner.
Where is the meal before bed time? Add more eggs to breakfast?

~add an egg to breakfast
~between lunch and breakfast have a shake with your pb&j (make sure its natty pb, sf jelly, and whole wheat bread)
~your lunch has no protein, add in a chicken breast or other lean meat.
~between lunch and dinner try another sandwich or a homemade protein bar... a shake with an apple... something add some fats in too.
~about 3 hrs after your dinner (right before bed) have some fat free cottage cheese mixed with 1-2 tbsp pb. That should let you hit it quite easily.

another helpful hint is milk, drink it religiously, it adds up and it does a body good. I see you are drinking soy milk, how come no regular skim milk?

I really wish I had your problem. I can put away immense amounts of food but I'm always trying to cut and it's difficult.

Like everyone's said, add eggs to breakfast, I know I can eat 4-5 and along with toast or cereal. Add toast with pb to your breakfast.

Add sweet potatoes somewhere, they take 4 minutes in the microwave and taste great with some butter and pepper, I can eat 3 along with a good portion of meat.

pack some meat into your lunch as well. Make a sandwich or two.

Thanks everyone for their suggestions!!!

but all of you are uggesting milk! :(
The reason why I drink soy milk is because I'm lactose intolerant.
Guess I could take lactose pills....

No good substitute for milk hey???

Well, if you don't tell us this, then how are we supposed to know? Just eat more eggs and meat.
