Low fat or nonfat. Watch out...a lot of the nonfat varieties have a lot of added sugar.

I'd say it depends totally on your goals and methods.

Breakstone is good, but I use mainly the store brand (Wal*Mart Great Value, for example) and it tastes just fine.

all of them are good, i'd stay away from the fats in the 4% however that stuff sure is good :D... nice and thick, I personally go for the no salt added, it cuts down on alot of the sodium, some of the flavor is lost, but i never eat it plain anyways, always have it with either pb or cinnamon.

the stuff i get is lucerne brand, they sell it in safeway.

its only got about 30g sodium per serving as apposed to the norm 400+.

I get enough sodium from the rest of my foods, no need to over do it with the cc, plus i usually down abou 1.5 cups or so, so it adds up.

I've stopped worrying about sodium:

Nope.

I love salt. One article that told me to eat MORE of it was good enough for me!

LOL!

I personally go for the no salt added

Me too. The salted stuff is pretty disgusting once you try the no salt.
