SF Jello

Depends on where I'm sitting with my cals.

If I want something pre-workout, I blend a cup of cottage cheese with 40g dextrose and the juice and rind from half a lime. Tastes like cheesecake.

If I want protein but not the carbs, I'll have cottage cheese with half an apple and some natty PB.

If I'm out of calories, it'll be sf jello - anything red.

If I'm DYING for chocolate (which I think is a girlie thing), I'll eat a meal, then have a couple of squares of dark Lindt chocolate.

I've actually tried blending splenda, cocoa and cottage cheese and it's tolerable, but WAY better with dextrose unfortunately.

If I can have fat but I'm out of carbs, I'll mix natty PB with splenda, a drop of vanilla, and some heavy cream or the fat from the top of a can of coconut milk. It stirs up to this stuff that has the consistency of icing, and it tastes like raw cookie dough.

Desperate times lead to desperate measures...

That's the problem when chicks turn into BBs - we know how to cook...

I forgot to mention earlier, the waffles... (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showpost.php?p=1019564&postcount=4)

Which one did you try - the waffles, or the dextrose lime juice thing?

Just so I know what I'm being blamed for...

the waffles.
it was awesome.
i'll try the lime thing. i'm out of cottage cheese for the first time in my life (i usually dont like it, eat a bit here and there). but i finished it all eating the waffles. now i need more to try the cheesecake lime thing.

You'll love it.

If it sits, a little whey comes to the top you have to stir back in. Just so you know.

I'm SO glad you liked the waffles! I've got the owner of my gym addicted to 'em. I told him I'll supply 'em for free, at first...

Hehehe...

Protien pudding.

1 scoop protien powder (needs to be chocolate flavor, preferably a casein/whey mix-- whey alone tastes wrong as pudding). Put the scoop in a mixing bowl and use a handmixer-- add Hood L/C Chocolate milk by dribs and drabs until it takes on pudding consistency.

Scoop pudding into a bowl. Top with whipped cream.

Yum. And no guilt.

I am a killer for sweets. It aint nothing for me to get a package of crackers and some peanut butter and use ALL the crackers to make peanut butter crackers and eat em. I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER. Ohh yeah, and I will eat a pint of Cookies and Cream about once a week.

Fruit, Ben & Jerry's or a piece of Toblerone(Honey, noutgat, chocolate) gf likes me using this one, apparently makes quite a taste differance during certain types of sex :) I take her word for it and keep eating small amounts :D

Rik-s, I'm still trying to correlate diet and, um, you know. Toblerone, eh? I think I'd rather just eat the chocolate directly.

fat free frozen yougurt works wonders when you get desperate..also try mixing fat free yougurt with your protein powder...tastes like pudding with a lot less guilt. Any kind of fruit helps a lot too...if you need it try putting a little bit of splenda on it. yum yum yum...how soon is dinner? now looking forward to tomorrow morning's cheat day breakfast...ice cream sundae bar...fresh hot waffles...with a side of cereal...and some turkey of course...:D

Yehh lol. If you havent then try it sometime(while not on a cut of course). Not the most expensive of chocolates but the stuff is lovely :drooling:

On another note i also use Jelly with peanut butter, preferably strawberry to deal with the sweet tooth thing. Only in the mornings though.

Banana with nutella is great--too great.

Nutella is another one of those things that are not allowed in the house. Along with ice cream, cookies of any kind, and Doritos (although not so much of a problem here in England because the Dorito flavors are rather different and bizarre compared to what I grew up with).

Oh, and Toblerone  Loooove those squishy bits

I still say I prefer the direct route.

The other has it's charms, though...

Chocolate chip cookie dough! :D

Anyone ever visted Cold Stone Creamery? They have a cake batter ice cream that is off the hook! Put some oreos and reese's in it and BLISS!!!!!

Also, a nice peanut butter & jelly sandwich(s) will satisfy my sugar craving. I haven't had a chocolate bar in I don't know how long. Aside from the two above above (cake batter ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough) I don't really "fiend" for anything else. Butterfinger's are always good, but not a necessity. Also, I find that "Honey Bunches Of Oats" cereal helps to crave my sweet tooth, thats a good mix! I haven't had pudding in forever either, although that's sounding quite good right now.

Right now I'd die for Eggs (with yoke) and toast(with butter). I haven't had butter (or toast for that matter) in ages! Another meal I love is steak and potatos (with butter and sour cream). Although if I can't have butter & sour cream I just drop the steak juice on the potato and it tastes good.

And italian food! I LOOOOOOOOVE italian food. I know this is a little off topic as it doesn't hit my sweet tooth but I LOVE italian food. Lasagna, spaghetti, tortellini, alfredo, good God I love it all!

Now I must go hang myself for thinking of it all. Damn you to hell for starting this thread! :soapbox:
