Can raw rice spoil?

I prepared my usual bowl of rice with condiments + water but (stupid me) I forgot to turn on the rice cooker. I realized this and left the bowl in the refrigerator overnight. I would like to cook this today and guess it should be okay...does rice get molds?

I think it should be ok, unless you have some odd condiments or something like that.

Acctually I sort of remember that the people who eat only raw, uncooked food prepare rice by letting it soak for, um, don't remeber, but much longer than overnight.

Since it have soaked for a while, the cookong time may be shorter, methinks.
