I am NOT a salesperson for this company :) I got told that in the chat.. lol

Listen up though, DOWNLOAD THIS:

http://www.innovativelogic.com/crosstrainer/download.htm

YOU can calculate everything in your diet, lifting, cardio.. everything.

You can insert your own values for your own food, and then calculate your own servings. All done for you. I found this VERY easy to use.

If you really really like it, throw me e-mail and I will help you avoid the 30 day trail period... but.. shhhhhhhhhhhhh ;p

No chance you'd have it on mirror somewhere ?
'cause I can't seem to contact the download ftp by any means (timeouts all over the place).

Appreciate it ...

I already have a post on this site..i love it alot more than www.fitday.com

HERE WAS MY POST
I normally dont like to be preachy about a product but i have been using www.fitday.com and i just recently started using a different tracker. And i am so impressed with it i had to let everyone know! it caculates everything from calories, excercises, psychology, meal planner, shopping list, it has already loaded brand name foods plus all foods from major resturants and fast food joints. It even tracks your water intake and has your weight lifting exceercises already in the system. I am using the free thirty day trial period but i can almost guarantee that i will purchase this tracker. Check it out if you want http://www.crosstrainer.ca/

I bought the fitday program for $20 and it's great. I don't see any need for anything but the nutrition aspect of the CrossTrainer program anywho. Did you find the strength training aspect to be useful?
