Results from eggs are way more important than how they taste.

True but its always nice if what your eating can taste at least semi-decent as well. Personally just add some pepper to hard boiled eggs or omelettes as i quite like eggs anyways. Dont often have scrambled eggs, but if i do i usually add a little cheese in there, seems to make the difference.

Kids complain too much about taste. If you don't like how it tastes don't eat it, find another food or foods that will provide you with similar nutrients/calories of the food you don't like. If you feel that you need to eat that particular food item because of what it'll do for you then suck it up don't complain about how it tastes.

That sounds good, but really any kind of scramble with spices will taste fine. It's when you hardboil them and try to down a bunch plain that you just want to vomit. I remember doing that every morning in first year university...20 egg whites and a bowl of oats to start the day. Bleh!

I actually like 'em hard boiled.

With salt.

I actually like 'em hard boiled.

Depends what type of quantity we're talking. 5 or 6 I can live with, 20 is an epic struggle and soooooooooooo much easier to down if scrambled.

I just scramble the bitches and put some salt on it. As vido pointed out, it's easier to scramble 12 egg whites than boil & and crack all the shells.

make an omelet- onion, green pepper, garlic, turkey bacon, cheese. Very tasty! Or try scrambling them with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, soya sauce.

Break them open into a big glass and suck them down. It's all over in a matter of seconds no forks,no spoons ,no addatives just slam it down like a tall glass of Jack Daniels finest. Taste? there's hardly any at all!

Egg whites taste damn good, what's the matter with your taste buds guys. When I was very young I used to only eat the whites because I didn't like the taste of the yellows.

You're only the second person I've heard say they like the whites more than the yolk.

My ex-wife is Japanese and she would have a bit of soy sauce on scrambled eggs. I'd assume that a low sodium brand would be good for lifting since i'm a super-newb. I've got a bottle of the regular left so i'm gonna finish it up. :)

It's really pretty good. I'm only on my second week of the BB1 routine and working hard at maintaining a consistant diet " calorie intake ". It's all new to me but I'm getting there. I actually bought a thing of 5 dozen eggs today, that's a lot of eggs but 60 eggs for 4.50 as opposed to 12 for 1.80. I just know i'll eat them now.

I love my egg whites with a little chipotle tobasco sauce, just mix it in before you pour it in the pan, tastes great with a little garlic powder also. And of course, the king of condiments as far as eggs go, ketchup... I use the low carb sf versions.

Why are you so concerned about taste? You want results? Then go and eat.

On the other hand, you have more than one food to choose from. Choose the one that tastes best for you and don't complain.
