I will admit, I am addicted to chocolate bars. I'm bulking up, but everyday I have cravings for a Kit Kat, Wunderbar, Oh Henry, etc. and lately I've been eating one a day. I know they are not very healthy but....I cannot control the temptations. It will be hell when I decide to cut.

Anybody have the same problem?

you have cravings for henry?

i was eating 3 pb twix bars a day when i was bulking dieting is not my strong suite also resses in ice cream are good as well as kit kat in ice cream

I gained 34 pounds in two years of pretty much pure fat between 4th and 6th grades...I ate all sorts of candy. Now I have changed my diet a lot, still, I indulge sometimes, but I have done a total 180 and my strength and difference in appearance shows.

i think about fat greasy people and that kills any craving i have.

nothing tastes as good as being able to look in the mirror and go 'wow' feels.

you could always try a chd for cutting as ketosis will greatly reduce your cravings...

Or you could replace chocolate bars for protein bars..

very rarely i eat a snickers bar maybe once every two weeks or every month or so.
i dont even like them. no cravings. when i would have one it would be because its all i can get at the moment, and i just really need to get something in.
id rather have a sandwich or CHICKEN

hell i luv chicken. i need chicken
