Hi everybody. I was just curious because I realized how little fat i am eating if this is good or bad. I am eating 1458 cals a day, in five meals, getting at LEAST my weight in protein and at LEAST 20 healthy high-fiber carbs per meal. After reviewing my eating journal, I realized that I am eating less than 20 grams of fat a day, usually between 15-18 grams daily. These fat grams are comming from my meats, protein shakes, oats, breads, and dairy for the most part. Is this a bad thing? Do I need to add more fats? I just freak out cus 1458 is very little cals as it is, and we all know how much cals fat can tax off ones daily caloric goal, and i dont like going hungry much. Thank you.
