Looking good man. You look pretty lean, it shouldn't take long at all to see the abs. Keep up the good work.

looking good dude. You have a very similar build to myself @ 165. You could look much better if you work on your posing.

You look great and are showing a lot of mass for only 167lbs. Excellent work.

As far as posing, on the double back bicep pose, you should raise your arms/elbows up a lot higher and out to stretch the back and show the lats that you have on you. That would show the shoulders more too.

Same goes for the front double bi shot. Raising the arms up to horizontal or slightly above will allow you to flex the lats causing them to show up from the front. You've got great shoulder and bicep size and these will show bigger even bigger when you're not all scrunched together.

Just some thoughts to think about.

Anyone Know how I can really beef up my chest as you can see from the pictures it is lacking compared to shoulders and arms. Change up my routine etc....I"m being patient for results like the shoulders...

That is 3 sets of 6, haven't really tried maxing it out...Have to also take into consideration, my wrist bothers my alot when doing bench press...one arm is exerting more pressure than the other as my right is real weak. I am thinking of trying wrist wraps to see if it will make a differance!

Dips really helped my chest when I first started lifting. Damn good for the tri's too.
