Splenda -- again, sorry

I know I saw a Splenda thread here once, and i searched like hell for it but can't find it so here goes:

Can I eat Splenda while cutting or what? The package info says 0.0% in every category so I'm thinking HELL YEAH I'M GONNA KEEP DUMPING IT ALL OVER MY NASTY COTTAGE CHEESE that I eat every morning.

that's what I do, 3-4 packets of splenada and 1-1.5 scoops of whey on 1 cup of cottage cheese is the only way I can down that stuff

thanks gents. splenda does kick ass. it's no wonder they're getting sued by the other sweetener companies that can't hold a candle to it.

and cottage cheese just got a hell of a lot tastier...

I dislike cottage cheese too. I mix mine with Fat free, no sugar added (Splenda) yogurt.

I tend to do 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (14g protein) with a 6 oz container of Lite85 fruit yogurt (7g protein, 12g carbs from teh lactose).

i then add 1/4cup of Fiber One. Good bedtime meal.

Splenda is great, I wish it was a bit cheaper tho.
