Hey evryone, I've been browsing the site for a couple months and got bored of studying at 2:30am. Here are some pics, critiques and suggestions?

In November I weighed 145 and now am 165. I am 5'11 and have a small body frame so I am thinking of bulking till 180. I pulled my hamstring last may in track so I couldn't run let alone lift for some time. I dont have pictures of them becuse they are small right now, but I plan on getting them big.

Yup Bulk!! Your doing well just eat clean and lift heavy!!!

you've got a nice base to build on, just eat, lift and sleep and u'll continue to make good progress.

chest looks good for your size... and yes you need to bulk to 180+ if you're 5'11".
