Hi all,
I have recently heard that consuming soy products may be bad for you because the phytate concentrations in soy may inhibit the body from absorbing nutrients(protein). I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this subject.

I would imagine measures such as PDCAAS for soy demonstrate these phytates are not a problem.
