Been awhile since i posted and i just wanted to see if anyone can see any improvement. I have lost some weight and i can say i have put 9 months of hard training in. the last photos i think i was around 215 or so and now am at 200 give or take a pound. I am 43 at 5'8. My program is:

Chest/Triceps Day 1
Flat Bench: 185x8 205x6 205x6 215x4
Incline 30 deg angle 150x8 165x6 175x6
Decline skulls 110x10 110x10 110x10

Day 2 Shoulders back Biceps
standing Military press 115x8 125x8 135x6
Upright rows 110x8 110x8 110x8
DB Shrugs 75x15 75x15 75x15
Bent leg deads 205x8 205x8 205x8
Lat pulldowns 100x10 120x8 120x8
ez curl 90x10 90x10 90x10 superset w/DB lightweight repout

Day 3 Legs
Squats 225x10 225x10 225x10
leg curls 50x3 50x3 50x3
calf raises 150x10 150x10 150x10

You are definitely looking improved over last time. Shoulders and back are looking solid. You look very thick for your height and weight. Keep up the good work.

Rip it all down and see what you got, you look solid and ithink if you did a small cut (10-15lbs) you would look phenomenal.

Nice improvements, I would suggest more back work and also doing before shoulders, your shoulders and arms seem to be strong points.

i agree with everyone, lookin great but i think youd look even bigger after a cut. how bout some wheels?
