From the info in your sig you seem to be gaining quite well, as long as you continue to progress then this is enough. It will need to be increased over time though. Good gaining keep it up.

Sorry, but how much exactly is a "cup"? I first broke out of skinny-wretch-dom by drinking up to 5 pints of milk a day; and I'm certain that that (more than anything else I was consistently eating at the time) did the trick. Is he drinking more or less than that? If he's not at all lactose intolerant then a lot of milk will work wonders for bulking (especially if you mix some protein in with it!).

some chicken, brown rice, milk, eggs, a donut, more milk, yada yada. If you're curious about a general overview of what a bodybuilder eats...you can read the post up above titled similarly.

17 cups of milk = about 87 grams of SATURATED FAT not to mention the rest is unsaturated ...add that to your unsaturated + saturated fats from the peanut butter you're eating and I ask how you havent had a heart attack yet.

5 Pints of Whole Milk = about 51 grams of Saturated fat...
edit: I'm partly serious about the heart attack comment, I do not understand how someone would not have problems taking in that large an amount of saturated fat - with additional amounts coming from the food he eats...

10:00 - Orange, Big assed bowl of muselix and flax seed, 1 cup milk

12:00 - pizza and three cups 2% milk

3:00 - workout

5:00 - two turkey sandwhiches with loads of cheese on them, 2 cups milk

7:00 - two pieces of salmon and cous cous, two cups milk

9:00 - two cups milk, ice cream, protein powder

10:00 - water

and I'll probably have some more milk soon. I am also a staunch supporter of the milk. I figure, while im young, I dont care about fats, and I doubt i'll have a heart attack anytime soon. my grandpas both smoked and ate like crazy and they both lived passed 85 :)

I agree with JC about the saturated fats. They are friggin killer when it comes to Whole Milk. Me on the other hand, I drink about a gallon of skim a day, and it fits into my diet QUITE nicely.

Please tell me your kidding. You honestly think that saturated fat=heart attacks regardless of genetics, metabolism, age, activity level etc.
I would rather get my fat from other sources, especially since whole milk is just nasty. But if you think saturated fat is the end of heart health you need to do more reading.
