21 years old

~235-240 (depleted versus not)
you tell me the body fat, but I'm thinking somewhere from 25-30%

well you have already a huge improvement to me.. and i wish you luck on the road ahead.. looks like you have some mass bro and with the right diet and training and sleep you will keep furthering your progress just right..

To be honest with you I don't think you look that heavy at all. I would have pegged you for 210 max at your height. You cary the weight pretty well.

great improvement keep up the good work.

Its hard to tell BF, before you were probably 30+% in the 1st set of pics, now you might be like 25-26%.

How long between the 2 sets of pictures?
