Hey..... ive been Weightlifting for almost 2 years now .... But Latey i want to start doing cardio (running ect) to get myself fit ...but am afraid to start doing cardio while am weightlighting because(dunno if its ture) i here Cardio can Slow Down Muslce Growth And can burn muscle down ....and i don't want to lose any muslce that i have i just want to get myself fit so am just asking dose any1 have any advice they can give me to get myself fit without losing The Muslce that i already have..thx

HIIT works well.

cardio can hinder your weight training results but that's only if you over do it. Try starting out at 30minutes of cardio just 3 days a week. This shouldn't affect your weight training that much.

You should follow the MaxOT plan. The other is a waste of your time.
