Hi guys its been a long time since ive been on here and a few of you might remember me? I guess its time for a quick update. My pec tear has healed well and altough mis-shapen I have very little trouble with it other than occasional cramping in the scar tissue. My weight is down to 204lbs as I am currently dieting for my first show in four years!!!!! I am doing a regional show at the beginning of may and I still have a fair amount of weight to lose and I knew this would be the place to come for those words of advice and encouragement to get me shredded!
I am currently training on a four on one off split
Day 1, Chest and Biceps
Day2, Legs
Day3, Shoulders and triceps
Day4, Back and Traps
Day5, off
Abs are done most days and cardio is at least 30mins a day but usually 45mins/60mins.
My diet is very restricted
Meal1, 250gms lean meat, 250gms broccolli
Meal2, 90+ Protein Shake
Meal3, 250gms lean meat, 250 gms broccolli
Meal4, 90+ Protein Shake
Meal5, 250gms lean meat, 250 gms broccolli
Meal6, 90+ Protein Shake

I am taking 225mcgs of trenbolone p/w
150mcgs winstrol depot p/w
200mcgs prima p/w
50mcgs british dragon winnie tab per day
and 8 clen a day and to many ephedrine!!

Your dosages are in micrograms, surely you mean milligram's?
