View Full Version : Need A Diet or A Change

I have been lifting for pretty much 2 years every other day. I am eighteen years old. I weigh 127 and max out on bench at 180. I drink a protein shake in the morning and a protein shake before bed. My workouts mainly consist of doing sets at higher weight and less reps.

Day 1
Upper body
Chest
Biceps
Triceps

Day 2
Back
Abs

repeat

I dont have the definition i want and I dont know how to get it. Do I change my work out for tone or do I need to work on getting bulk. Or do I change my diet which mainly sonsists of eating whatever I am made. I am greatly appreciative for any help.

At your weight I think your main goal should be to bulk, and the main way to do that is to EAT, EAT, and EAT MORE. Check out the sticky "what a bodybuilder eats"

Also, you dont do legs???? Think about adding them, as you want your body to be proportionate.
