Got a question. Is regular peanut butter a healthy way to bulk up. Some people say it is, others not. Also, should u aim for the same amount of calories on your non workout days.

Get the natural peanut butter and don't buy reduced fat. It's good stuff.

IMO, yes if you are bulking.

Adam's crunchy, lightly salted.

Try it smeared on apple slices. To DIE for.

Don't eat that hydrogenated crap. It's like putting plastic in your arteries.

what everyone's saying is to eat NATURAL peanut butter... ingredients should only include peanuts (and maybe salt) and that's it.

if you absolutely cannot get the natty PB, then get the regular PB (rather than low-fat) because the fat in peanuts is good for you.

btw... i just found "crazy richard's" natty PB for under $2/jar. cheaper than smuckers and just as good.

I usually get Maranatha. Good stuff. I've been getting creamy, but I might try crunchy next time.

Mix it in oatmeal. When your oatmeal has like 30 seconds left, put in the PB then let it finish cooking, then stir it for a couple seconds when its done.

Although a bit expensive, I've heard good stuff about Power Butter

Power butter tastes awesome, but apparently their nutrition facts are inaccurate. Also, there's less fat and more protein in Power Butter than regular PB, which isn't necessarily bad, but most people eat PB for the healthy fats and not for the protein (extra protein is from egg whites I believe)
