Hello,

I'm new to WBB and pretty new to weightlifting. Luckily i have friends who browse these forums a lot (Zearoth, Nito, CCrippler) that were able to teach me most of what they know. Anyways, contructive criticism and feedback is always appreciated.

Also im currently bulking. I will start to post and update my fitday daily now.

Schedule
Sunday - Back
Monday - Rest Day
Tuesday - Chest/Tri
Wednesday - Rest Day
Thursday - Shoulder/Biceps/Traps
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Rest Day

Legend
Green = Increased reps and/or weight from last session

I feel that my chest is lacking A LOT. Been stuck on 95lbs for quite some time now. Also didn't do dips due to lack of time.

Nice work on the pressing movements. I find it a little weird that you're doing as much tris as you are chest. I'd also probably add in more exercises. DB presses, flyes and crossovers are all good options.

BTW, are you keeping a fitday record?

Zearoth: Thanks for the comment, you made me realise that i forgot to put my db presses and flys into my journal. Anyways it is updated now. Also i will start to record my fitday again starting monday.

PizDoff: He randomly calls me during the day just to sing. Thought i was the only one who had to deal with that :clown:

LMFAO. Today dMz was doing incline press with 95, and he fails. So Nito helps him bring it up, and they go to rack it. dMz thinks it's racked, when it only is partially on ONE side. So he basically let's go, and one side comes flying down with the 25 plate flying off. Then ofcourse, the other side comes crashing down and that 25 flies off. Hehe, funny stuff.

Finally i could post my workouts again b4 i couldnt since my computer had 282597349724 million viruses. Not a bad day ...decided to test my 1rm on the deads....i think i could do 5-10 lbs more. Overall good day and hope to gain as rapidly as i am.

Nice work man. If I were you I'd cut out either lat pulldowns or pullups, and just do 4 sets of one of them. Same thing with the rows; use 1 exercise and do 3-4 sets instead of 1-2. No need for so many variations.

CCrippler: Thanks for the suggestions. I was testing out which ones i like better so thats the reason i had so many variations. From now on i will stick to one :)

I'm with Mitch on the 2 sets stuff. I'd cut out either bb or db rows too and do one of them for 4 sets. If you want you can alternate weeks with the exercises. Looks good.

Felt pretty pumped before i even got to the gym which is always good. I went to a different gym with a family friend since he offered me a ride. The incline bench felt very weird there i guess i just wasnt used to it. Overall pretty good day ..hoping to gain size and increase the lifts as i start to seriously bulk.
