Is this good for getting lean, as much muscle gain as possible but with minimal fat gain?

6:30 whey protein shake (35g pro/5g carb/ 2 g fat)

8:30 3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats OR 2 pc. whole wheat bread

11:00 protein shake (same as above)

1:30 8 oz. chicken breast OR 6 oz. beef
1/2 cup brown rice OR 1 cup veggies
fat free jello

4:00 protein shake (same as above)

7:00 same as lunch

9:00 1 cup skim milk
1 egg white

I'm mostly at school and work the whole day that's why I use the protein shake. Any input?

looks like good clean sources..

See how you go on it.. if you put on too much weight lower the calories a little, if you don't gain add some stuff slowly..

but it looks good..

well it looks like the cals are quite low
you are certainly getting enough protein though

but like hulk said, try it out, if so you can adjust by adding some fat to add cals

I agree with doc and hulk here.The only thing i cannot see a lot of is fibre! you must have some battles going on when you go to the toilet.

If I decided to add fat, where would I put it (which meal)? From
flax, almonds, nuts, olive oil?

I tried this diet yesterday and I didn't really got hungry...I increased the portions a little bit for lunch and dinner. Before working out I had a banana and 2 egg whites.

Extra virgin olive oil and some flaxseed.(although it's better to eat salmon to get omega 3's)
