this will be my journal. im starting it mostly to track my own progress but feel free to check it out.

starting weight 165
5'10"
18 years old

lifting experience
5 years, 1 year of educated serious traning, 6 months of that with a proper diet.

no anabolic experience. sheesh im only 18.

current maxes
Squat...as of now n/a. just begun rehab for right knee injured while training for upcoming season. bone chip on top of fibia, torn PCL. also patellar tend. in same knee. maximum parallel with beeper prior to injury was 275x2

BB bench press 255x2

deadlift. always done with a trap bar prior to knee injury. was 395x2. hoping to get back up there as soon as the kuhnee is stable.

-pressdowns 3 sets 8 reps increasing 10 lb increments
-crazy eights 2 sets 8x8x8 increase 5 lb
-db extensions seated 2x8 45's
-2 sets dips on bench

shoulders
-seated DB OH press 2x8
-standing lateral raises 2x8
-laying face down, lateral abduction 3x8

forearms
-wrist roll 2 sets <>>< (forward backward backward forward)
-bbwrist curls 2x10
-bb reverse wrist curls 2x10

note to self: what were you thinking doing pressdowns before overhead presses? dont do that again.

on a good note: forearms are toasted. i love it

water is looking very good for today. i think >6L maybe a bit more. last meal was 890 calories. Chicken, potatoes, french bread pizza. Hoping not to destroy my good day by drinking like robert downey jr. tonight. but we will see what the night entails...

Thanks. Last night shaped up to be pretty good. Managed to fit in another 1450 calories, semi clean, and another 70g of protein during the night. Drank one beer while eating and another 2-3L of water during the night. 7 hours of sleep. An off day today makes for a plenty of Chipotle eating and rest. Tomorrow I will begin some weighted rehab on my knee. I plan on doing some light leg extensions and hamstring curlson my bicep/back day. Plenty of ice and heat today to loosen it up some. i think there may still be hope for the season

Meal 1 consisted of a breakfast shake and strawberries. 300 cal. 20 g protein.
Meal 2 turkey, cheese, lettuce, peppers and bacon on whole wheat pita bread.
protein shake #1
Meal 3 Chipotle burrito. Chicken with pinto beans.
Meal 4 turkey, mashed potatoes, broccolli
Meal 5 Strawberries, protein shake #2
Meal 6 Chiptole burrito, chicken, pinto beans. sour cream, cheese, hot sauce. Beer.

so today i was at chipotle, like i am on alot of days. i decided to get 2 burritos. i ate one there and took the other one home. this was to make sure i had something good to eat while im partying tonight instead of making the infamous taco bell run at 2 in the morning.
so meal #6 for today will be around midnight and will consist of a burrito ~1100 calories.
thus putting my overall caloric intake for today past my 4500 goal and pushing my protein intake to a decent 130-140g. i really hope to get more in the next few days now hat i know im lacking.

last night went good. ate meal 6 at around midnight. today :
meal 1 breakfast shake, strawberries.
meal 2 ground beef, protein shake #1. multivitamin.

todays workout. Biceps and back. odd combination but it just worked out that way. ill just make the best of it

day off yesterday. chest, forearms today. woke up a little late so meals got off to a bad start but i packed in 2 large meals ina few hours. water is coming along well so far. workout was good.

forearms
-2x12 bb wrist curls
-2x12 wrist curls reverse

chest
-2x8 1x6 bb flat bench
-2x8 pec dec
-2x8 flys
-3x8 bb decline
-2x10 dips

i also did some unweighted squat movements to see how my ROM was coming along. the knee is loosened up alotand i think ill start squatting again by next week. i have an xray thursday so i hope it goes well.

**** ive been lazy about posting the past few days, but not about training.
today im getting ready to try some light leg extensions to see how my leg is coming along. i got another xray thursday and the bone hasnt fully healed yet so i guess i really shouldnt...but its not a weight bearing bone so i will.

today will also be triceps.

3x8 straight bar pulldowns
3x8 crushers x75LB -85
3x8 pullovers x50LB
backward dips 2x10, BW+45 lb plate
2x8 close grip press x175

monday. shoulder day,
seated lateral raises 3x8
bb rows OH 3x8
bb shoulder press 3x8
standing lat raises 3x8
cable pulls 3x8

PWO, chipotle, creatine. almost puked. took 2 hour nap, went out. ate full medium pizza. smoked 1 blunt with friends, ate ice cream and drank gatorade. sleep 7 hours.

also started creatine last friday along with whey.

tuesday, rest day. played some basketball
lots of water. creatine, protein. 7 hours sleep.
