Get yourself the following ingredients
Sausage, I like hot italian
green peppers
onions
canned tomatoes with basil, garlic or whatever you like, or fresh tomatoes
your favorite spagetti sauce
Cook the sausage and veggies in a pan till they are nice and soft, mix in the juice from the canned tomatoes and some spagetti sauce and it's amazing. Takes anywhere from 24-40 minutes to cook.
