Hey,
Just joined the forum and just starting to lift again after a long time off due to a back problem. Getting back into shape after a few years. I am 5'5" and 165 pounds as of 2 days ago.Started loseing weight about 3 months ago. I had gone up to 195 pounds, big for how short I am. Hope all that is behind me now. But wanted to post the pics and say hi to eveyone. This site give so much hope and support!!! Love it so far and hope to be big soon. Kinda new to the whole diet thing. Lifted all through school though. So any tips would be greatfull.

Looks good for a guy who hasn't lifted for a while. You probably know how to lift and all so I just suggest going to the nutritional area and start learning how to eat well, thats what i'm doing!
