I am currently 205 at about 15-16% body fat. I would like to cut down to 180 or 8% BF by the summer.
I work like 12 hours on many days as a trainer and sales rep at a local gym, plus i don't eat hardly any meat by choice. Do you think this is a good diet plan for me to start off with? I will also include 3 days of cardio every week.
My Cutting Meal Plan
Meal 1: 1 packet of Oatmeal w/ 1 cup milk - 186 cals 2g fat 31g carbs 12g protein
Meal 2: 1/2 serving of cytogainer w/ 1.5 cups milk - 438 cals 3g fat 58g carbs 40g protein
Meal 3: 2 scoops whey w/ 1.5 cups milk & 1 tbsp natty p-nut butter - 510 cals 20g fat 30g carbs 53g protein
Meal 4 (PWO) - 2.5 scoops whey w/ water & 1 slice of white bread - 310 cals 5g fat 20 carbs 42g protein
Meal 5 - 2 scoops whey w/ 1 cup milk & some water[/b] - 278 cals 3g fat 18g carbs 40g protein
Meal 6 (bedtime meal) - 2 scoops whey w/ 1 cups milk & some water & 1 tbsp natty peanut butter - 468 cal 19g fat 24g carbs 48g protein
TOTALS - 2189 cals 53g fat 180g carbs 235g protein
Fat: 23%
Carbs: 32%
Protein: 45%
Also, is scrambled eggs an ok thing to eat on a cut? I read that Arnold said that the yellow part of eggs is ok to eat and is actually good for you. So would scrambled eggs be ok?
