1) I have been cutting for a few weeks now, and was wondering, should I be feeling hungry throughout the day? Cause I have never felt hungry once during this period of time and kinda worried that I'm eating more than I should.

2) Is drinking a protein shake with low fat milk good just before bed?

Well do you feel like your losing FAT ??? Are you regularly weighting yourself to see if your dropping down ??? Monitor yourself and if your not losing .... increase your cardio ... or drop your cals.

Your shake sounds ok, they are better things to have before bed tho.

As yates said''ask yourself are you losing fat''?and adjust accordingly.I think the shake is ok but instead of milk maybe have whey powder and some flax seed oil.
