Upside: Iron for Energy, Cardiovascular Protection, Helping You Bone Up, Colon Cancer Prevention, Anti-Inflammatory Nutrients, Antioxidant Protection and Vitamins C, A and Zinc for Optimal Immune Function and Acne-Free Skin.

Downside: My concern is oxalate concentration...anyone heard of anything like this before???

How much is too much of green beans, eat 1-2 times per week or 1-2 times daily. Opinions anyone?

depends on what else you eat.

if you want to eat greens beans twice a day, I see no problem with that. If you do not eat green beans at all, but eat other veg, i see no problem with that either.

I think both the upside and downside are quite exegerated in general.

I agree...

On the grand scheme of things as long as you are consuming some fresh vegetables daily you are not going to notice a difference whether you are eating green beans, broccoli, cauliflower etc etc.
