I've been cutting for about 9 weeks, exept for a few extra cheat days during easter.

I'm 6'3 and started out at about 216 pounds with a 40 inch waist. Now I'm about 203 pounds and my waist is about 37 inches.

I need some critique, am i still sloppy?

It's time for an update. I've been on vaication for about a month and been eatin' a lot of junk. I'm going to start training again on monday, can't wait :)

I'm about 190 pounds now..

Any ideas on what areas I should focuse on this fall?

Yeah, HOP kicks ass!

you seem to have a long torso for some reason, it might be the shorts, but it's still long. Good job so far dude!

Looking good man keep it up!

09-03-2005, 01:02 PM

09-03-2005, 04:43 PM
I'm in the same situation as you. Long torso, long legs, long arms....
Pain in the royal ass to pack on the beef. You're doing well, keep it up!

09-03-2005, 04:53 PM
yeah im the same way too. Long arms and legs. It IS hard to pack anything on!! But definately possible.

Thank you, all of you! I appreciate your comments, it motivates me :)

It ain't easy beeing tall and want to grow, but I guess it's more fun for us because we have to struggle a lot more

It's time for an update:
I'm about 213/214 pounds now, eating about 4000-4500 calories a day. At least 300 grams of protein a day, lots of carbs and low fat. I mostly eat chicken, protein powder, tuna, oatmeal, brown rice and olive oil. It's working pretty good. I'm getting a lot stronger, but I'm also putting on some fat. I'm not to worried, but I'd hate to start dieting before x-mas :P

I've got some pics here. What do you guys think, am I improving or just getting fat? ;)

Got some more pics here..

I'd say both. Your traps and quads look better, but the fat gain is noticeable (obviously you're aware of this). Keep bulking if that's what you want to do.

You're a good reference for me in some sense, because we're similar in height. You've got a good bit of weight on me now, though.

10-12-2005, 06:02 PM
You look bulkier, and I see great gains on your back. Keep bulking, and do a nice cut and reveal it all.

Cool. I'll upload some new pics around x-mas when I'm really fat and ugly before I start cutting :)

10-13-2005, 05:07 PM
Don't keep the fat consumption too low! natural peanut butter 4 the win!

10-13-2005, 08:21 PM
Nice job so far! Keep up the bulk, man. You're putting on some size.

Keep lifting the big three: Deadlift, Full Squat and Bench and eat alot of food and you should be fine. I am the exact same height as you and have the exact same body type, i.e., long ass torso and long ass legs. You have an advantage though, you almost 20 years younger than me!

Thanks guys!

That's pretty much what I'm doing now HardToSquat :)

I eat at least 5000 calories a day now and weigh in at about 218 pounds.

Here is my training program:

Mondag - Chest and Biceps
Benchpress, 3x3 (I add 5 pounds each week)
Dumbell incline benchpress, 5-12 x 2
Flyes, 6-12 x 3
Barbell curl, 8-16 x 2-3
Dumbell curl, 8-16 x 2
Reverse barbell curl, 10-20 x 2

Wednesday - Back and Triceps
Deadlift, 5 x 2 (I add 5 pounds each week)
Barbell rows, 6-12 x 2-3 (I add 5 pounds each week)
Rack chins or Pulldowns, 6-14 x 2-3
Dips, 4-10 x 2
Close grip benchpress, 4-10 x 2 (I add 5 pounds each week)
Frenchpress, 5-12 x 2 (I add 5 pounds each week)

Friday - Legs, Shoulders and Trapz
Squats, 4x4 (I add 5 pounds each week)
Front squats, 6-14 x 2
Straight legged deadlift, 8-14 x 2 (I add 10 pounds each week)
Military press, 4-10 x 3
Side laterals, 10-20 x 2-3
Seated bentover side laterals, 10-20 x 2-3
Shrugs, 10-30 x 1-2

I've been adding weight like this every week since i started bulking. It's crazy! The only bad thing about is that I'm becoming a fatass. I'll post some pics, but don't be to harse please. I might be fat, but I still have feelings :)
