Ok, I'm officially in the 170s now... Note that the lighting in the locker room was perfect for photos. I still need to lose maybe around 10 more pounds to look ripped in any light. I'm having to lose a lot more than I originally thought!

HOLY ****! That's an awesome picture. Your cut has done great and you've keep a ton of mass. Chest, shoulders and arms are looking huge. Abs are coming in nicely. Very impressive.

damn man swole yo all u need is to get a tan and shave off that happy trail LOL and ull be str8 thast y u say u dont look shredded in all lights its ur skin color once u tan it will pop out more

Matt: Thanks. The highest I was was 215, although there was probably 10 or 15 pounds of water weight in me at that time.

Ryu: Diet and training has evolved since the beginning of the cut. Here is what I am currently at for diet:
Bfast: A cup of oatmeal
Lunch: A chicken breast and a spinach salad with vinegar.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
I usually have a cheat day every other week where I eat a bunch of candy bars to keep my sanity. :angel:
And for training:
Monday: Chest/Biceps
Tuesday: Back/Abs
Wednesday: Shoulders/Triceps
Thursday: Off
Friday: Repeat
Cardio is done for around an hour per day, 7 days per week. On off days, 2 hours of cardio is done along with some ab work.

your diet looks so simple, is that what you have followed throughout this cut? a halfway i thought you looked awsome, but how its getting razor sharp. What are you aiming for short term and long term? also what about measurements? just to put things in perspective?

Ronnie: Actually, at the beginning of my cut I simply just ate less than I was used to eating. That worked really well. However, it gets really hard to keep losing fat once you get down to lower levels, so I've had to do this crazy diet to keep losing the weight. Short term is just to have defined abs in any light, lol. Long term is probably to maintain that. :) I haven't taken measurements in ages, but my arms are probably only around 15.5" or so. My waist is small enough to fit in size 30 pants. My chest is probably around 42".

sublime: Thanks, I actually took more but the camera made them all blurry. This pic was the least blurriest of them. I'll take more in the future.

Jeff: I think you misread the comment... we were talking about you in the psychedelic 1970's. ;)

Bill: Yep, I've lost a ****load... like I said, more than I thought I would have to lose.

Justin: I really just want to look good... it's also a personal goal of mine since I've never been able to successfully stick to a cutting program.

Hahn: Thanks, I'm not sure if they really are that size or not.

no regrets: Haha trust me, it's not a walk in the park. However, by around the 3rd week of this type of restricted diet, your stomach gets smaller and used to the low amount of food, so it gets easier.

You look great man, I'm very impressed! Your diet appears to be far more insane than anything I'm doing; based on what you posted, I counted under 800 calories for the day with only around 100g of protein! It doesn't matter, I suppose - it is working for you!

Congratulations so far and good luck as you move towards completing your goals!

Thanks, gal. Yeah, the diet is sick, but it's the only way I can still lose weight. Even then, it's going slowly.

The whole "1g of protein per pound of bodyweight" is way overrated, at least for me.
