Hey guys,
I've been dieting since Dec. 27, and since then I've gone from 206lbs. to 179lbs., and from a 36.5" waist to 31" waist. I started out w/ a PSMF, then after 2 weeks I switched to a TKD. 2 weeks ago, I switched to a CKD. I'm not sure about my BF, but I can see my top 4 abs pretty clearly when flexing, so I would guess 12-13%. I'm concerned if I'm getting enough protein/fat to keep from losing muscle since my BF is getting pretty low. Can someone critique what I'm doing right now-

Meal 1-
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 Scoops whey

Meal 2-
2 Chicken Breasts
1oz. Peanuts

Meal 3-
1 Scoop Whey
1oz. Peanuts

Meal 4-
2 Scoops Whey

Meal 5-
1 Chicken Breast

Meal 6-
1 Tin Tuna
1oz. Peanuts

Meal 7-
2 Scoops Whey
1tbsp. Olive Oil

This equates to 260g Protein, 65g fat, and 20g carbs.

I get 1000 carbs on my weekend carb up.

Any suggestions from anyone?

if you feel you are losing muscle to fast, then up your protein (whey or chicken) and add a bit of fat.

Monitor yourself in the mirror and on the scale
