Provided you have constant consumption of meat, dairy products, proper fat etc. What 2 vegetables would you eat to get the proper vitamins and minerals that you need? If its actually possible to stay healthy with just two veges.

Lacking veggies doesnt gaurentee poor health. But other than that I have no answer to your question. Whichever two veggies provide the most essential nutrients that you arent already getting from you normal diet/supplementation.
