hey all just A qestion i would like to know iv been drinking Whey protein Drinks for a while now i normally drink around 45grams of protein after ive worked out(once every 2 days) is this enuff?

how much protein shud i take after ive worked out and shud i take it everyday? and if so how many shud i take a day. or shud i just take it the days i work out?

What you're doing is good.

Drink protein shakes on your off days if you need the extra protein to hit your daily goal. You should be having at least 1g/lb bodyweight of protein per day. This can be from whole food or shakes.
