The following is the diet I have been on the last few days, I wanted to know what you guys think... I am doing some weightlifting and running half a mile a night(Might go for the whole mile tonight). I am also doing a lot of ab workouts(4x20Situps, 10 Crunches, 5 Knee-Lifts) and will be doing more of each in the next few weeks. My goal is to tighten up allover in time to bulk this summer. I am not sure if its fat or just loose skin from my drastic weightloss left around my tummy... Help?

Breakfast: Bowl of Cheerios with 2% Milk ~400 Cals??
Lunch: Natural PB Sandwich(100% Whole Wheat Bread) and an Apple ~410 Cals
Supper: Red Beans and 8oz of Chicken Fajita ~540 Cals

I'm thinking you need more meals a day than that.

Search the forums for diet info. You are 6'1 155lbs and you want to diet on 1300 cals in 3 meals a day. There is plenty of good info on this site for you. I think your setting yourself up for disaster. Lift heavy, clean up your diet. and put on some muscle.

I mean if your really unsatisfied with your fatness or something then you may want to diet for your own look. But I would suggest you bulk clean, bulk slow, make progress in the weightroom, learn how to eat. It's just that when people of your size diet they tend to end up as smaller versions of themselves, I know cuz I was your size. Also that diet has what? 50g of protien max, that's just insane bro. Learn to eat first before you decide anything at this point, it is the absolute key.

2750 Calories sound good for bulking? What routine should I do? WWB#1?

That seems like a good starting point, you will just have to adjust as needed. If your gaining weight at a decent rate and not putting on fat then keep those cals, if your not gaining weight keep increasing the calories until you are. Start at 150g of protein per day and increase it. Any of the WBB routines are good, just make sure you are training intensly and adding weight to the bar or reps as much as possible.

How do I judge the weight I gain? By looks?

One of the crappiest diets I've ever seen.

Cool.

Post 'er up, and we'll rip IT to shreds, too ... ah, er, I mean offer helpful suggestions.

You'll get it. At least you're asking in the right place, and before it's too late.

Agreed, I'm already impressed by how receptive you are and the fact that your going about this in an intelligent way (even if your original diet sucked, at least your learning). The search function will defenitly help you in your goals.
