What I would like to know from all you guys is

1. What is the carbohydrate intake you take per pound of bodyweight to increase lbm and not just get fat while bulking.

2. Any tips while bulking not to get too fat!(not the usual diet stuff I know my diet very well...).

3. This is a question of pure curiosity only. For intermediate lifters how much one can gain lbm in one year say 10lbs? 15lbs? Ok I know genetics come to play but lets say the average.....

Any replies?

It depends. Caloric intake is going to be the main factor.

Eat more protein as a percentage of your total cals. Do alittle cardo. Again, caloric intake will be the main factor.

Depends. I've seen pretty advanced folks gain 20-30 pounds in 3-6 months.
