is carrots ,sweet corn or sweet peas good to eat as complex carbs when cutting or bulking?

they are pretty high in sugar...so i'm going with save them for bulking.
a well what the hell they are better than eating pie.
Raw carrots aren't too bad, but when you cook them the GI goes way up.

They may be high in sugar but they are not calorie dense and contain fibre which will help fill you up.i personally think there are better options with vegetables when cutting though.
carrots are pretty low in low in sugars? i can not remember what sweetorn or sweat peas are like.
carrots will be fine as they have like (5-6 grams carbs per 100 grams) so you will have to eat lot to start raining insulin levels.
but for 5-6 grams of carbs you will get a lot of antioxidants assuiming that they are fresh.
eat a carrot a day and you will be fine.
