Anyone tried this? I've seen it before but never gotten it, think i might get it next time i'm at Safeway. I'm assuming it's just as healthy as peanut butter, if not more so......

Makes a nice change from PB.

Almonds IMO are the best nut in terms of nutrition due to their protein and monounsaturated fat content.

Does well in shakes too, but if you don't eat it for a while you gotta stir the jar up, and that takes minutes.

Almonds have higher protien, and slightly less fat than peanuts, so almond butter is moderately better than natty pb. But, that being said, the difference is really pretty negligible.

almond butter is pretty good. at my supermarket, it costs twice as much as nat peanut butter. I dont think the diff is worth that much

actualy form what i have read it is alot more health than peanutbutter...
