heyas, sry bout how bad the pics are i did them with the cam off my phone. been lifting seriously and eating properly since about christmas, before then i didnt really know what i was doing. just wondering what you all think my bf% might b, i got a reader from ebay says im 23% lol.. and what you think sud b improved

Throw your reader from ebay away. You're less than 10%, as Geeper said.

Your biceps have the potential to be enormous once you put on more weight.

I'm with Bill - your biceps are beautiful! Nice shape to your upper body all around. And those abs!

Work those leggies HARD. Calves are a bloody pain to build up - you may need to hit 'em twice a week.

Standing calves - shorter, heavier sets
Seated calves - longer sets.

thx for the replies every1! knew it was messed up but not how much lol, today im getting a proper reading at gym, they use some equiptment that puts shock from ur foot to ur finger so hope thats better.

think i will try puttin some weight on now as i dont seem to b makin 2 much progress gettin stronger at this weight, not too long ago i was 170pound then went down to 140 (did non-stop cardio, was bit scared to go in the weights part cos i didnt kno what i was doing) and now my weight been between 155 and 158 since i started doing the weights

if i ever manage to put on some muscle in the future ill post some update pics

yeah ill work my legs more in future, havent done them much at all lately, was doing runnin instead to try + get rid of abit of fat

at my gym ..he had some sorta reader..he put two wires on my right foot and two on my right hand and took a reading from a shock he sent threw my body. gave me a sheet of paper with all these stats on afterwards..cost me 2.50 lol

LOL.....I am about 15% and I have a really good 4 pack....I am just genetically disposed to have the little "pouch" at the bottom of the belly. That's wherw all my fat goes

great biceps!

but... you need to work on your triceps to balance your arms out.

yeah im workin on triceps, i tend to do bri/triceps on same day but always do biceps first so maybe not putting as much effort into it

those readers are crap, try mesuring with calipers, no way you're above 10%
looking lean there, nice abs.. and that bicep is crazy... get triceps like that and your arms will be huge.

I would guess 8%ish, no way 23, def not 15 either. work the legs, your biceps take up a huge part of the arm, work the tris and you'll see some great gains.

been working the legs + tris quite abit this week, think im already seeing some sorta results as my weights now 163 pounds
