1 small pack of sf cheesecake jello pudding (4 serving size)
2 cups low carb fat free milk
4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
1 scoop whey (I used unflavored but I'm sure vanilla or choc would be good)
blend everything but the cream cheese in a blender or with a hand mixer
heat the cream cheese to soften it (20-30 secs in mic)
Mix in cream cheese
Comes out very thick, tastes unbelieveable!
Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
Each serving:
68 cals, .3 g fat, 6 g crabs, 9 g pro

That stuff is awesome, I just throw a cpl spoons in my shakes,
Also the ButterScotch & Pistachio puddings are awesome,
But as XxH0LyWaRsxX that sounds godly, esp w/ the cream cheese.

Family and friends were visiting last week, so it was my week out of the summer to cheat.
In a week period I went to the cheesecake factory 3 times, and had 5 different slices of cheesecake. Godiva Chocolate cheesecake, lemon rasberry, white chocolate rasberry truffle, dulce de leche cheesecake (the best), and peanut butter cup cheesecake.
If I want to cheat, then cheesecake is what I do. So tasty. Cheesecake factory has 40 some other types for me to try. :)
