Here is the breakdown of one serving of sugar-free Jell-O made from powder:

Calories - 10g
Carbohydrates - 0g
Fat - 0g
Protein - 1g
Sodium - 50mg

Isn't this the perfect treat for people on a cut? I guess the sodium is the only negative about it, but the thing is pure protein. I'm surprised dieters don't eat this by the pound.

Mmm, jell-o. Can't wait to get on that cut! And diet coke makes you so bloated you feel like you just ate a whole meal.

hahaa im with college kid, its gelatin protein which isn't even a whole protein, but who cares about that. It's just not a great source of protein, it is a great source of really undense (syn?) calories to make you feel fuller.

What's wrong with sodium for cutting?

http://chemo.net/sodium-.htm

Diet jello rocks.

Well, okay, it's just okay. But when you're jonesing for something sweet, it really helps.

I didn't. I asked why it isn't as popular as I would think.

I wonder if you you like mixed a pouch of jello in a little water boiled it then blended it like a slushie and drank it if it would set up inside of you. That would probably make you feel hella full.

I eat sugar free jello alot on my cut, I think unflavored mixed with whey could rock.

I do. When I cut, I go through at least 3-4 a day.

i was thinking on top of the jello! ;)

That completly takes all the fun out of the Jello. ;)

Plus placing the whipped cream elsewhere can lead to a cardio session thus increasing the effect of the jello. :p

How about gummy worms? :D

Here's a recipe

Jamie’s Gummy Worms

One large box of sugar-free Jello, any flavour (or 2 small boxes)
4 envelopes Knox unflavoured gelatine
1/2 cup water

Combine above ingredients in a pan until blended.* Heat over medium heat until dissolved.* Pour into moulds or on a plate. Cool for twenty minutes.* If using plate method, when gummies are cooled, roll and cut in strips.

Notes for countries where these brands are not available:
1 large box Jello == sugar-free jelly dessert mix for 8 servings
4 envelopes Knox gelatine == enough unflavoured gelatine to gel 8 cups or 2 litres of liquid
