Basically everything that tastes really good.

A little bit of butter is good for you.

But yes, for large-quantity eating, natty PB is da' bomb. I smear it on apples.

You can blend it into your whey shakes. They're good with a can of coconut milk, too. Coconut oil is awesome stuff for you.

Avocados are amazing things, too. Mmmm... guacamole....

Pasta and olive oil, you can eat a ton, and its good for you, just make sure its whole wheat, or atleast not overly processed.

I would like t suggest to you Peanut butter is very nice for that because I have experience to use this product and other.. I got 5 kilo in two month.

Yeah stay away from stuff with a lot of additives natural is always the way to go. Your body can take some fat and you will need it but that don't mean go eat cans of nasty ravioli and 10 white castle burgers and a fry. I usually eat lots of peanut butter as well. A steak with minimal fat is delicious and packed with protein although watch for too much red meat as it isn't the best for your digestive system.
