Dude, just get creatine monohydrate powder for like $10. People who tend to buy this high priced stuff use it, get a placebo effect, like omgs my bench went up 50 pounds, then they get stuck buying this expensive nonsense for no reason.

Tell them theyre chumps for not getting creatine monohydrate. They just paid more for a smaller bottle and red&white caplets.

I tried 1/2 bottle as a friend was working for a GNC. Stick with the monohydrate :)
