Just curious how many people use dext/malto, fruit, oats, milk, etc.....

2 scoops protein (about 46-48g.), 1/4 c. dex, 1 tsp. creatine, in about 12-16 oz. water

2 scoops protein, dex or frozen berries, almond butter (lately).

Dont really need the almond butter, but its good fat and will make me feel fuller later at night so i dont overeat. I dont get to sleep till past midnight usually.

1/4 c. is about 40 grams of carbs...i try to make it a heaping 1/4 c. just so i can get to 50 ish g. of carbs so i have a 1:1 ratio of protein to dex...

24g whey, 5g creatine, lots of water, and (don't tell me it's useless, it's for my bowel) 5g of glutamine.

I add dex when I'm bulking, but I'm finding it better left out for cutting. I have oats shortly after my whey shake.

5g of creatine is a lot for your bodyweight

I used to dole it out in 2g servings, but I always forget to take it on the off days.

This way, I get a double hit on lifting days, none on non-lifting days.

And I imagine I just pee out what I don't use anyway.

Sound kinda half-assed reasonable to you?

2 scoops weight gainer (1/2 serving monster mass), 1 scoop whey, 5g creatine/glutamine

roughly 85g carbs/40g protein/not much fat

4cups milk, 2cups powder milk, 1/4 cup brewers yeast, 2 tablespoons lecithin, 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil, and a bannana i dont know what the hell half those things are but its getting me fat!

1 scoop whey, 100g banana, 50g oats, 5g creatine, ice + xanthan gum (for a really thick shake) .... Comes out great everytime. :D

1 cup milk, 1 cup water, 4 scoops of choclate weightgainer to make my 1100 cal PWO drink

1 Cup Milk, 40g's of Whey Protien (chocolate from GNC), 1 Bannana, one small spoonfull of peanutbutter, couple dabs of Hershey Syrup, 3 ice cubes, 1 scoop ice cream. MMMmmmmm

What a shake I had last night! I'm currently waiting for my nitrean to arrive but i've been mixing 2 scoops of protein (44g) with 250ml of water however i've started eating low fat yoghurts (100g) which have 7g of protein. I added two cartons of the strawberry yoghurt to my banana shake and water, what a result!

hey, i don't know how much PB you're actually using but you may wanna nix it along with the ice cream since fats slow down digestion and you don't want that pwo. Unless its fat free ice cream then i guess its all good if thats your thing.

Right now I take a pre workout shake. 1 scoop of Nectar and a bottle of Gaterade.

Absolutely delicious

I used to take Creatine many years ago on it's own, I read up and understood what it done but was not not taking it as serious as I am now. It looks like most of you add 5g of creatine to your shake so I think i'll add that in aswell.
